With spring in the air.. and summer coming soon... you always want to get your self in better shape and wipe away all of those extra "love" pounds from the winter. Now whether the love comes from cookies or delicious winter meals..I tend to fall in love more and more each winter. This is such a cliche' but I want to be in the same shape I was at my wedding. But I ask why did I only have the motivation then?? I'm being very selfish for not wanting to be that way all of the time. What motivates you to keep healthy and in shape?
For me, it is feeling good all around. And fitting in tight t-shirts. :-)
